About the Job
Direct the day to day and long term activities regarding the operation, maintenance, and financial performance of a manufacturing facility that batch blends, mixes, and compounds specialty chemicals used in liquid and lotion pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities Include:

*** Oversight of daily performance of employees working at the facility.

*** Developing and managing budget reports.

*** Ensuring employees and visitors comply with all federal and company enforced safety procedures and regulations.

*** Directing the implementation process of approved projects.

Must possess:

*** B.S.

*** 3 + years in a supervisory position.

*** Proficiency with computers, scientific meters, and measuring devices.
